Introducing the MoonStarter “Refundable IDO” Feature

For those who’ve been part of our community for a good stretch, you’re aware that our focus has consistently been on safeguarding, developing, and engaging with all of you.
With the recent influx of projects and in line with changes in the launchpad market, we’re tightening up our approach. We’re reinforcing existing measures and introducing new ones to ensure that projects launching on our platform respect their commitments to our community.
We want to announce you the new “Refundable IDO” feature!
- How does it work?
If this option is available for the sale in which you are participating, you will have a definite time from the project listing date to decide if to sell the tokens or ask for a full refund within the given temporal window.
Example, if you participate in a 24 Hours Refundable IDO:
At listing/TGE date, from the moment you receive the tokens, you have 24 hours to choose between these options:
- Sell or move the tokens from your wallet; in this case, you will lose the right to ask for a refund.
- Send back, within 24 hours, the exact number of tokens received by airdrop to the address given by MoonStarter (do not fall for scams, the exact address will be announced in our channels or directly in the medium article!). After sending the tokens, you also need to fill out a Google Form (we will provide it near the listing date). If you follow all the steps correctly, you will receive a full refund of your allocation.
